Deliveries and Returns

All lampshades are hand made for you.  Please allow three to four weeks from order to delivery.

Lampshades are posted free of charge to most addresses in the UK and sent using a Royal Mail signed for service.  We will let you know when the parcel is sent and provide a tracking reference.  Unfortunately, we do not post outside the UK. 

As lampshades are handmade to order, we cannot accept returns.  In the unlikely event that your lampshade arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible.
